The 2024 Duncan Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at the Brubaker Gymnasium at Duncan Elementary School, 251 McGrath Ave. Duncan, AZ 85534.

Registration for the membership will begin at 4PM with the meeting starting at 5PM. Members must register in person to be eligible for the door prize drawings.

All official business for DVEC's Annual Meeting is conducted via mail-in ballots. Annual Meeting packets including the ballots will be mailed on March 27, 2024 so please watch for those in your mailbox.

Please indicate on your ballot if you approve the minutes of the April 27, 2023 annual meeting, which are included in the annual meeting packet. If you have questions or concerns about the minutes, please call DVEC's office at 928-359-2503.

For the director section of the ballot, vote for only one candidate or write in the name of one candidate. The listed candidates are those who have returned nominating petitions according to the Bylaws of the Cooperative and are residents of your respective districts. Write-in candidates must meet the same residency requirements and can only be elected by members of their district. Candidate information can be found on the reverse of the official notice.

Detach the ballot and place in the return ballot envelope. If dropping off your ballot in person, please place your sealed envelope in the night DEPOSITORY box next to the front door or the locked ballot box in the front office.

Ballots must be received in DVEC's office by 5:00PM, Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
