At its Open Meeting on December 8, 2020, the Arizona Corporation Commission ("ACC") approved a rate increase, requested by Duncan Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. ("DVEC"), per Decision No. 77838 to be effective for November 2020 usage billed on or after December 1, 2020. 

With this recent approval, a DVEC-Electric Division Single Phase customer with monthly energy consumption of 777 kWh (average usage) will see an increase in his/her bill of $5.21 per month ($86.91 to $92.11), or 6.00%. 

The New Mexico Rate Case was approved in February 2021, thus the new NM rates will take effect as of February.
