Johnnie Frie Johnnie Frie, District 3. Johnnie has served as a board member for 19 years and has been a co-op member for 38 years with residential and irrigation service. Johnnie has an AA degree from Eastern Arizona College. He also has completed the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) Credentialed Cooperative Director (CCD) program in 1998 as well as the Board Leadership program in 2000. He works at Duncan Unified School District as Director of Operations. Johnnie serves on the board of Southwest Transmission Cooperative. He has served on the boards of Hidalgo County Farm Bureau, Arizona Electric Power Cooperative, and National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, and is a member of the Lordsburg Elks and the Greenlee County Junior Livestock Assocaiton.
Richard Lunt Richard Lunt, District 2. Richard has been board member for 21 years and a co-op member for 29 years with residential service. He has an AA degree from Eastern Arizona College, a BS degree from University of Arizona, and a MA degree from Northern Arizona University. Richard earned NRECA's CCD certificate in 2010. He is a County Supervisor for Greenlee County  and former dairyman. Richard is currently serving on the board of Arizona Electric Power Cooperative and Grand Canyon State Electric Cooperative Association. He has prevoiusly served as director for Sierra Southwest Cooperative Services. He has been a member of Duncan PRIDE Society, Greenlee County Cattle Growers, National Cattleman Beef Assocation, Boy Scouts of America (Scoutmaster), and the Duncan Valley Economic Development Foundation.
 
Judy McKinley Judy McKinley, District 1. Judy has been a board member for 5 years and co-op member for 25 years with residential and irrigation service. Judy earned NRECA's CCD certificate in 2010. Judy is a retired  Deputy County Accessor; Certified Appraiser Levels I and II with the State of Arizona. Judy serves on the board of Arizona Electric Power Cooperative. She has been a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, International Association of Assessing Officers, Arizona Association of Counties, and the Greenlee County Junior Livestock Association.
 
Frank Downs Frank Downs. Frank has been a board member for 2 years and has been a co-op member for 35 years with residential service. Frank has BA and MA degrees from the University of Arizona and he earned NRECA's CCD certificate in 2010. He is a retired school teacher and a partner in a family ranching business. Frank serves on the board of Grand Canyon State Electric Cooperative Association. He has served on the State Future Farmers of America Advisory board and the UofA Agricultural Education Advisory committee. Frank has been a member of the Arizona Vo-Ag Teachers' Assocation, Association for Career and Technical Education of Arizona, White Draw Natural Resource Conservation District, Greenlee County Farm Bureau, and the Safford Elks.
Vance Lee Vance Lee.  Vance is serving his first year on the board and has been a cooperative member for 16 years with residential service. Vance has BA and MA degrees from Western New Mexico University. He is a retired school teacher and administrator. He has served as Hidalgo County Commissioner and on Lordsburg Municipal School District board. Vance chairs the New Mexico Gila/San Francisco Water Commission Board. He has been a member of Hidalgo County Farm Bureau, Hidalgo County Cattle Growers, Masonic Lodge, and the New Mexico Activities Assocation.
Suzanne Menges Suzanne Menges. Suzanne has been a board member for 2 years and a co-op member for 19 years with residential and commercial service. She has a BA degree from New Mexico State University, a MA degree from Northern Arizona University and a Ed.D from the University of Arizona. Suzanne, a ranching partner, does consulting work for agricultural non-profit organizations. She is currently working as a school administrator. She serves as president of the Arizona State CowBelles and a member of Rotary Club International. Suzanne has also been a member of American Society of Training and Development, Greenlee County Cattle Growers, National Cattleman Beef Assocation, American National Cattle Women, 4-H(Leader), Greenlee County Farm Bureau, and has served as  a CASA volunteer.
Tom Powers Tom Powers. Tom is returning to the board after having served 12 previous years. He has been a co-op member for 32 years with residential and irrigation services. He has a BA degree from University of Arizona and a MA degree from Northern Arizona University and he earned NRECA's CCD certificate in 2001. Tom is the Greenlee County Superintendent of Schools and a former teacher and administrator. He serves as a director for Mt. Graham Safe House and has been a member of Arizona School Board Association, Arizona School Business Officials Assocation, Arizona Small and Rural Schools Assocation, Elks Lodge, Greenlee Search and Rescue, Greenlee County Cattle Growers, and he chairs the Morenci Lions Club Eye Conservation program.
Don Vandell Don Vandell, District 2. Don has been a board member for 7 years and a co-op member for 14 years with residential and commercial service. He is self-employed as a saddle maker.
