The annual meeting of the Members of Duncan Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at the Duncan Elementary Gymnasium, Duncan, Arizona at 5:00 pm.
Registration will begin at 4:00 pm and will continue until the drawing for door prizes begins.
